This packet includes the Common Interest Community Resale Disclosure documents required to be provided to a buyer prior to sale.
This Includes the following documents:
CIC Resale Disclosure Certificate
Articles of Incorporation and any amendments
Bylaws and any amendments
Declaration and any amendments
Rules and Regulations
Current Association Budget
Recent Financial Report for the Association
Master Insurance Policy Information
Maintenance Matrix (if one is adopted)
Reserve Study (if one is adopted)
Upon receipt of payment, these documents will be prepared and sent to the requestor via email, unless a different delivery method is chosen. They will be prepared and sent on a best effort basis based on the timing provided in the order. Should the order not be fulfilled within the timing specified when ordered, the buyer shall be entitled to a refund amount based on the price difference of the actual timing provided.
