We provide management services to owner occupied townhome associations in the St. Paul and Minneapolis, MN metropolitan areas.  Advantage Townhome Management provides reliable expertise and access to information in the areas of administration, finance, real estate, insurance and contract negotiation that will allow the Board of Directors and Association members the leisure time that townhome ownership promises, and an assurance that your property will be maintained and secure.  

We tailor our services to meet the needs and expectations of each association and strive to be a proactive resource that solves problems at the root cause.  We offer a broad range of management services, and are involved in the day-to-day affairs of your association.  Our involvement is limited only to the degree that the Board of Directors would like or allow our involvement.  In all instances we work closely with the Board of Directors and act only under its direction, control and authority.   Although we will make recommendations that we feel are in the best interests of the association, we will always carry out the Boards decisions promptly and efficiently.

Although we cannot give you a firm bid without meeting with you to understand your exact needs, our full service plans are competetively priced.  We offer a reduced rate for the first 3 months of service.  This allows you to evaluate our performance and cancel the contract without further obligation if we do not meet or exceed your expectations.
